Full-Day Course [HO]
Target Audience: For somewhat advanced students.
Content: We teach by step-by-step method and introduce design, modelling, and carving of the portrait. We suggest using your partner or yourself as model for the course. We first create the portrait in clay, so that the proportions and anatomy are correct. Working in the design phase allows each student to become familiar with his/her work and the new methods. After completion in clay, the students transfer their portrait into wood.
Important Information: Please note that due to the short length of the course, there may not be enough time to completely finish the portrait.
