Target Audience: Beginners and advanced with basic experience in handicraft and/or carving.
Content: First, the masks will be roughly cut out using a chainsaw. Then the participants will carve the masks with chisels according to the individual designs. After the process of carving is completed, the mask will be painted and varnished. During the course, you will get useful hints on lining the mask and fixing the horns and fur. Your fantasy may run wild! You may also bring photos and pictures for exchanging information with the fellow carvers.
Important Information: Bring working clothes and picture of the design you would like to carve. You may bring your own wood (size: 30 cm long, 20 cm wide and 17-25 cm deep) and horns.
